1.  Cancellation Periods:

·  Nightly/Weekly Campsite Reservations: Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled arrival date are eligible for a full refund, less any applicable processing fees.

·  Monthly Campsite Reservations must be cancelled 7 days prior to check-in date. If reservation is within the 7 days prior you will be charged the entire deposit.

2.  Refund Eligibility:

·  Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled arrival date may result in a forfeiture of the full reservation fee.

·  No-shows (guests who do not arrive and do not cancel in advance) will be charged the full reservation fee.

3.  Reservation Changes:

·  Changes to your reservation, such as adjusting dates or the number of campsites, may be subject to availability and applicable fees. Please contact us as early as possible to make any necessary changes.

4.  Early Departures:

·  We understand that circumstances can require early departures. However, no refunds will be provided for early departures, regardless of the reason.

5.  Inclement Weather:

·  In the event of adverse weather conditions that necessitate campground closure or affect your safety, we may issue a refund or offer alternative dates. Such decisions will be made at the discretion of campground management.

6.  Special Events and Holidays:

·  Reservations for special events or holiday periods may have specific cancellation policies and minimum stay requirements. These will be communicated at the time of booking.

7.  Cancellation Process:

·  To cancel your reservation, please contact our campground office by phone or email, providing your reservation details.

·  Refunds, when applicable, will be processed in accordance with our policy and may take 3 business days to complete.
